Payment options

In Green4Ever online store you can pay via your online bank which through a secured system goes quick and easy. To process the payment please select your bank, enter the required identification details (username and password) and you will be directed to your internet bank. You will then be displayed all the information including the amount to be paid. After confirming the payment don't forget to click on the button "Return to merchant“. It is important to do so for the info about your successful payment would arrive to us and we could start proccessing your order.

Bank transfer, bank card, PayPal and invoice are also an option. For our clients in Estonia we can offer the Montonio Split option to pay after one month.


The delivery

The available products will be shipped from the central warehouse as soon as possible. The products will be packed with great care to ensure their safety during the transpot so they would arrive to the client in the same condition as when left the warehouse. We are using DHL and DPD couriers and also send certain products to parcel mahine/locker. As the locker is only as big it sets some restrictions, meaning that the products ordered to the parecel machine can't be over 60 cm in height/width. When making your order the DPD locker option appears only when the products selected meet the size requirements.

The large plants and trees will be delivered on certain pallets used for safe transportation. If your order needs to be approached this way then we will contact you prior and go through all the details about the delivery. The courier is responsible for delivering the goods. Usually the products are delivered within two weeks but the estimated delivery time is brought out in the table below each and every product. Delays may occur during holiday season etc when the overall amount of parcels increase significantly. Unfortunately our hands are tied in this situation.  

Shipping cost by countries:

Estonia: for orders under 100 € by DPD courier is 5.95 € and Omniva courier is 7.65 €; to DPD parcel machine 2.95 € and to Omniva parcel machine 3.95 €. Orders over 100 € we ship for free.

Latvia: by DPD courier 9.55 € and Omniva courier is 14.35 €; to DPD parcel machine 4.95 € and Omniva parcel machine 7.95 €. Orders over 100 € we ship for free.

Lithuania: by DPD courier 9.55 € and Omniva courier is 23.95 €; DPD parcel machine 5.90 € and Omniva parcel machine 8.95. Orders over 100 € we ship for free.

Finland: by DPD courier 17.95 € and to DPD parcel machine 8.95 €. Orders over 150 € we ship for free.

Sweden: by DPD courier 17.95 € and to DPD parcel machine 10.95 €. Orders over 150 € we ship for free.

Poland: by DPD courier 17.95 € and to DPD parcel machine 19.95 €. Orders over 150 € we ship for free.

Portugal: by DPD courier 17.95 € and to DPD parcel machine 19.95 €. Orders over 200 € we ship for free.

Rest of Europe: by courier 19.95 € and to DPD parcel machine also 19.95 €. Orders over 200 € we ship for free.

Remote islands: Shipping to remote islands can be delayed because of alternative and slower transport, the weather or the number of delivery days on the island. Due to extra expenses because of the alternative transport, storage or other surcharges that might be charged, rates for delivery could be higher.

Depending on the location, shipping documents for the customs clearance might have to be prepared. Usually, it isn't necessary when shipping within the EU. However, when shipping to islands that form part of the EU but aren't located in Europe (such as Canary Islands), the shipment will go through customs, as the island could be considered a territory outside the EU.

You'll have an option to refuse the increase in shipment costs - we will then cancel the order and refund. If you'd like to double-check the delivery times/costs to your location beforehand, just get in touch with us.

PS! Info about shipping mentioned above is applicable only for the orders made directly through the Green4Ever online store. For other proposals, projects and cooperations the information about the exact prices and delivery times will be found in the proposal document sent to the client.

Tracking your order. As soon as the order has been handed over for shipping we will send you a tracking code to be up to date with the exact location of your parcel. All you need to do is click on the code. The second option is to copy and paste the tracking code to the required field on the courier's website. Depending on the company used, select one of the following:

  •  • Information about the parcel when shipped by DPD will be found from here
  •  • Information about the parcel when shipped by DHL, will be found from here

The condition explained above apply on all the orders made straight through Green4Ever online store. For other projects and cooperations the information about the delivery time and cost will be found from the proposal document.

Returns

Firstly, we are very sorry if the plant purchaged from Green4Ever online store didn't meet the expectations. We hope that in the future you will still find something from our wide product range to your liking!

How to return the product. The client has the right for returns whitin 14 days after receiving the product. First step would be sending us an email to [email protected]. We kindly ask you to explain the reason of the returns. We will reply and send you the DPD returns label within three working days. It is very important that the product wouldn't get damaged during the transport and would arrive to us in the same shape as it did to you. We ask you to pack the product with care into its original package. The DPD label has be attached on top of the parcel. 

When returning smaller items we ask you to use DPD parcel machine/locker or the depo. Bigger packages will be picked up by a DPD courier. After we have received the returned products in its original shape we will refund you the full amount in three days.
